We collect and store files uploaded by users as part of the core functionality of our product. These files are stored securely in EU data centers on Google Cloud servers.
The data collected (i.e., uploaded files) is used solely for enabling users to share these files with their newsletter subscribers. This is essential for the operation of our product and is the primary purpose of data collection.
We do not share user data with third parties, except for the core functionality of file sharing with newsletter subscribers. Users can share their uploaded files with their newsletter audience, which is facilitated through secure access controls.
We employ robust security measures to protect user data. Access controls ensure that only newsletter subscribers can download the shared files. Subscribers must log in, and their subscription status is verified via the newsletter service API. Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest to ensure maximum security.
Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their data at any time. Data can be deleted through the user interface or by contacting our support team. We are committed to ensuring users can easily exercise their data rights in compliance with applicable laws.
We retain user data only as long as it is needed for the core functionality of the product. Upon deletion, data is kept for an additional 7-day grace period to allow for retrieval if needed. After this period, the data is permanently deleted from our servers.
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and are committed to protecting user privacy and data security in accordance with these regulations.
